A large number of data, analyses and tests are required in order to operate and monitor a surface treatment plant in compliance with the specifications. RIPPERT offers these test stations including all necessary devices and data recording as an additional option with surface treatment plants. These stations are equipped precisely with the necessary components for reliable and reproducible analytics in cooperation with the suppliers of all chemical products. The system is installed according to choice either in an air-conditioned 20-foot or 40-foot container and installed on site.
The equipment extends from professional laboratory furniture to measuring instruments for wet chemistry and finished paint films, from an ergonomic desk and a fume cupboard for titrations with chemicals to technological test equipment such as cross-hatch test, mandrel bending test and layer thickness measurement, and from storage cupboards for chemicals with extraction to a moisture analyser that determines the solid content of the paint fully automatically.
