Your tasks
- You process customer enquiries in the after-sales area
- You create spare parts, maintenance, repair and service offers and process the resulting orders
- You will work with our specialist departments to develop solutions for complex issues
- You will occasionally visit customers on site to ensure our service quality and maintain long-term customer relationships
Your qualifications
- You have completed a technical apprenticeship, ideally in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a commercial apprenticeship with a technical background
- You have a good technical understanding and an interest in technical contexts
- You are characterised by team spirit, strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
- You enjoy travelling to our customers from time to time
- You have good MS Office skills
